The car came with the steel wheels, but I just acquired a set of 15" alloy wheel that were an OEM option. My decomissioned 16V Scirocco has fresh Dunlop 195/50 R15 Sport 5000's. Will these tires fit on my OEM 15" alloy wheels? Thanks Eric | | | 09-22-2004, 07:22 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Tyler, TX Posts: 1,022 | They will fit, but they are kinda narrow and they are not as tall as the OEM tires either so it will throw off your speedo. So yes they will fit, but I would get some different tires than those if i were you. btw I didn't know that ti's (or any E36 for that matter) had steel wheels. | | | 09-22-2004, 07:35 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | Dunlops on Alloy wheels I assume they are steel wheels, they have hub caps and are definitely not alloy. The tires do seem abit narrow....sh*t, and they are almost brand new.
