Default Secondary Trottle Cable ASC+T loose

I followed the cable from the ASC+T actuaator to the secondary throttle body and the cable is very loose. Just hanging there. It appears to need some kind of washers or something to put tension on the wire as it goes through the mount. But nothing is there providing tension. Does anyone know if there are additional parts (washers/nuts) that are included with this secondary cable to make it tight?

I think seeing a pic of how the another car has this cable hooked up would help quite a bit.
