Radiator puller fan reasonably priced source

This fan is so expensive over $300 from the dealership. Does anybody have a cheap source for this fan and still has the two speed function?

I have one leftover from my engine swap I'll sell you for cheap. It fell off the trunk of the car and the shroud cracked, but you can easily swap your old shroud onto it. Shoot me an offer and it's yours.

I bought the ebay puller fan for $100 last week and just waiting for the fan to arrive. We'll see how it looks, mounts and performs.

cool man. Honestly I've never seen my fan come on aside from when the a/c was running. My car never overheated, however I did have a mysterious coolant loss issue for a while. Luckily I caught it in time, found a hairline crack in my radiator. Anyway, glad you found a new fan, hope everything goes well. Best of luck!

Thanks. The fan is supposed to be a brand new replacement. Tell you the truth, I hear the fan come on with the AC off because I bypassed the slow speed resistor and the fan is loud. The resistor was open so I just shorted the wires and now the slow speed runs fast and it's loud while idling in traffic. The fan already has 200k miles so I'm sure the carbon brushes are getiing shorter and when it fails, it will take the engine and new radiator with it.

Got the new radiator fan installed. It came on when the AC was turned on. I still need to test in idle to make sure the slow speed kicks in.

In the third picture you will see the fan resistor that I shorted to make the fan come on when the temp goes up while idling with the AC off.

edit: I drove it to work this morning and let it idle in the parking lot. The fan kicked in slow speed while idling with AC off. We'll see how long this fan lasts, for $122, it's seems to be a good buy.

Update on the brand new fan I bought from ebay 6 moths ago.

My daughter called me and told me her car almost overheated close to the red mark on the gauge while parked and idling in a gas station convenient store. She immediately turned it off and had it towed home last Sunday afternoon. The car is in Atlanta and I am 3 hours away so I won't be able to check it until this coming weekend. She had mentioned that when it almost overheated with the a/c on, she never heard the fan ran. So I guess either the fan quit or the relay or fan switch failed. We'll see. The new replacement fan is just 6 months old.
I will bring a compression tester and rent a cooling system pressure tester from Advanced and report back. I hope it did not warp the head. Cross fingers !!

Got a chance to check the car. The radiator is low on coolant. Filled it up with distilled water. Turn ignition to ON and turned the a/c ON, did not hear the fan come on. Turned the ignition switch back off. Unplugged the fan and wired direct to battery, the fan ran. The radiator fan is good. Checked fuse #16, it was blown. Replaced the fuse then turned ignition switch back on, then a/c ON, the fan started running. Turn engine ON, open the radiator cap and the bleeder then let it idle until fully warmed up. Engine was running fine, put cap back on, checked coolant system for leaks. No leaks. Let it idle for another 20 minutes then the fan came on with a/c off. The engine was fine. Turned it off then drained the old coolant, then filled it with new coolant. Followed the bleeding process. Car is fine and now back on road. I wonder how the 5A fuse blew though.
