WTB: Manual ti in Chicagoland

I'm an ex-E30r (90 325is) actively looking for a 318ti in the Chicagoland area (ideally in the Western suburbs) or realitvely close by.

Requirements:
* Manual transmission.
* No (or very minimal) rust.
* Decent shape, no "repairables", etc
* No wild mods: engine swaps, big wings, and the like.
* Decent miles (<200K, better if <150k)

Prefer:
* Sport (M) package, a 95 Club Sport even better
* LSD
* ??

I only see two automatic 97 318ti's (one white, one blue) in the 50 miles around me (zip code 60515) in cars.com

There used to be about three of them. I guess they sold. If I see a clean, manual version that meets your criteria, I'll let you know.

There is a silver 318ti with 3.2 liter ///M3 motor swap at Laurel BMW in Westmont, IL. Last time I checked, they wanted $18K for it. You might be able to see on their website. The car is sitting right out front of the dealership.
