Cool Ti rear M-tech diffuser

Do i need to remove the bumper to remove the stock diffuser from my Ti? I purchased an M3 rear diffuser to put a dual tip exhaust. I know I have to make room for the spare wheel, but thats not a problem. Can't seem to pry it off? Don't want to damage it.

M3 rear valance won't fit.
You need one from a 323ti.

Is yours an M-Sport model? If not, the diffuser is part of the bumper in which case you have to remove the bumper if you want to modify it.
The removal of the bumper involves taking the black strip off and unscrew all the bolts from the bumper bracket.
However, if you do have an M-Tech rear bumper with valance, the M3 rear valance is way too long for the Ti's M-Tech Bumper.
Good Luck!

Yes I do have an M-sport model. I thought the same thing, but I did see another Ti with the M3 diffuser. It was not a cut out. The muffler was also relocated more to the left of the bumper, because of the obvious placement of the opening for the dual dips. I took the molding of the bumper and saw no bolts. Where do i access the bolts to the bumper?
