Default reasonable price...?
So I am looking a set of 16" style 5's not the 17"s. however there are no centre caps.. the seller said they would accept 300 (asking 450) is this reasonable? or should I low ball more. they look to be in fine condition I will go check them out soon.. Finally I want to know is it possible to strip down the paint and polish the lips.. like the 17" version?

try asking for 250 if they will deal with it. How long did they use the rims? if that is almost brand new $300 is reasonable.
