Default P1140 Code Help! (After speed bump)

I was going out of this shop which has a narrow road and there was this hidden bump that I hit, Immediately the car has been misfiring or just feeling sluggish.

Parked on a parking lot to check real quick, no damage underneath. Drove it back home and diagnosed it down to the Code P1140 (or INPA 121 Load Management/Height/Load Adjustment).

When its running the maf is at 20KG/Hr in Inpa and the engine just makes a off noise, I thought if its a bad o2 sensor but it points more towards a maf sensor. I wonder if its more so a vac leak perhaps?

Any ideas??

After letting the car sit for a hour or so, I left the battery also disconnected, and it made that code go away however I got a new code which is Code 112. It keeps coming back. Leads me to believe if its the Cam sensor gone bad?

Code 112

Have you checked motor mounts? Maybe jumping around in there causing false problems.
