Default Tie rod replacement?

I still can't figure out my steering wheel vibration.

Picked up some new control arms with meyle ball joints and new tie rods. Anyone have a how-to on the tie rods? I have the tie rod puller but haven't looked yet a how to do it...

Control arms are very straight forward though.

I don't know much about steering, but it might help to know what you have done so far and under what conditions you get the vibration.

I had my brother an ASC certified mechanic help with my tie rod ends. If your unfamiliar I suggest you take it to a shop, beside you'll need an alignment right away.

I plan on doing an alignment anyways.

I have a vibration at highway speeds, steering wheel goes from side to side just enough to annoy me.

I have done in this order:

New tires, balanced twice.
bilstein struts and shocks
new pads & rotors all around.
alignment
