Awesome work. Now I see how I should trace on my bumper, which is all I really needed. I'm missing everything on the front of my car; no bumper reinforcement, underpanel, brake ducts or fender liners. Working on getting each piece now; bought used brake ducts and have a bumper reinforcement being sent to me. I'll trace out an underpanel from what I have left of my coroplast and figure out how to get some fender liners.

One question. Why do you weave the underpanel from going under the bumper lip to over the bumper lip. Do aftermarket panels do the same?

I "wove" the panel to make the bumper and the panel more connected. The middle section of the lower bumper was sagging due to no support for a long time and this method really brought it back up and into shape. The aftermarket panel could be mounted either way, but it seems like it was designed to be on top of the bumper (It has two spots to attach in the front section that need to be mounted from below through the bumper), but after test fitting both panels in various positions, this installation worked best for me.

I am going to do the other ti next weekend, as the bumper needs a couple of fixes, so no time like the present.

Nice work! Does anyone have the oem part number for the base model splash guard. I can't find a picture of it on realoem, and my dealership can't find a picture or part number either. Thanks...John

Stupid question, but does the underpanel mount under the bumper or above the bumper?

I made a nice template using Coroplast. I'm trying to mount it above the bumper, but the radiator ducting is pushing the underpanel down a lot. It makes me uncomfortable to use it.

Above.

I removed the lower radiator ducting for a better fit. Using the underpanel will do the same function as the ducting.
