Recently acquired a 330ti from a good friend Wayne and I'm slowly in the process of getting it to DD condition.
Engine mods: 98k S50B30, TMS Stage 3 (schrick cams, injectors, chip, intake), headers, and Eisenmann catback. Probably more...
Currently I am experiencing a RPM bounce when I'm coasting to a stop. The idle will dip low then bounce back up and level out when I've reached a complete stop. My old M44 used to behave this way when it had a dirty ICV, but I know that aftermarket cams can cause a rough idle at times. I don't know about the bounce though. There is no CEL, but the car is due for new plugs and an oil change for sure. The engine has 98k on it, and runs very strong, it just runs kinda rough I guess. |
