Default correct part?

A while back I was at the car wash and i saw this strip was loose and that little piece fell of during the wash. I was looking at real oem and just wanted to ask if part #4 is the correct part?


Wondering if part #4 is the correct part.

Will it be easy to remove the old piece and reinstall the new piece?

That's probably it. Very common to shrink a bit.
One side uses double faced tape.
