Default ground control shock mount stem diameter

Hi guys, trying to buy ground control shock mounts from their website but they're asking me to pick a stem diameter, such as 10mm 12 or 14. Can someone tell me which ones are right for the ti or my setup? I currently have Bilstein sport shocks with h&r springs. Thanks
