Question My '95 Ti has a few problems, please help!

Hi, I just recently bought my ti and I absolutely love the car, but im starting to see the few problems it has, figured this would be the best place to get a few opinions from people who know this car well. Anyways, car drives like a dream, but I think I have a slight slip in the (automatic) transmission. When I pull to a stop or slow down to a crawl and then go to accelerate, my car will slip really quickly if i don't either come to a complete stop or let it coast for a split second and accelerate slowly to regular speed. It doesnt happen all the time, but im consciously aware not to accelerate too quickly because of it. I know this isnt a lot to go off, but I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thank, guys!
