I'm currently in Windsor but am down in SR all the time, keep an eye out for the beat up red sports package with Contour wheels! Awesome RX7 too! Have you ever raced the Mendocino Rally? I've either spectated or photographed for a friend every year since 2012, super fun event to watch. Shame this year got postponed though due to low number of entries. We have a good ti community here in the bay area. Not a lot going on up here in the north bay, but we'll usually have a meet down in Vallejo a couple times per year. Hope to see you at one! -Jamie __________________ 1997 318ti 5-speed Moreagrün 1996 318ti auto Hellrot (retired) | | | 07-03-2016, 03:07 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Sacramento, CA Posts: 2,451 | Welcome! We were going to be running mendocino in my girlfriends car this year but the motor had some delays at the machine shop. She ran last year though and I serviced for her. 1971 2002. The postponement will be good. The heat has been a chief compliant and kept entries low. April should be more attractive and let us build the event up. | | | 07-03-2016, 05:00 PM | #13 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2015 Location: SF Bay Area, CA Posts: 16 | Looking forward to seeing everyone at a meet! | | | 07-04-2016, 01:46 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Santa Rosa, CA Posts: 407 | Quote: Originally Posted by Whizbang Yea i've your car around before. I have a couple photos I shot, never posted them because they didn't quite turn out how I like, but I'll link them for you https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/..._MG_6793-1.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/..._MG_6795-1.jpg If you remember the Del Sol, that's who I was photographing for. It'll be nice though to have it earlier in the year, it's an awesome event but yeah the heat was terrible. Last year wasn't so bad, but 2013 and 2014 were both at about 105F. I'll keep an eye out for your ti and say hi! __________________ 1997 318ti 5-speed Moreagrün 1996 318ti auto Hellrot (retired) | | | 07-04-2016, 01:50 AM | #15 | Member Join Date: Jul 2015 Location: Santa Rosa, CA Posts: 62 | Quote: Originally Posted by Coyoteh Haha that's awesome! The del Sol was Pete's Pollards right? | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
