Lightbulb m52 swap modifications

I have a 97ti now with the m44 and an auto trans. I just came across a 98 323is with a manual trans that has been deemed totaled at the dealership. Everything on the 323 is good except the frame so I just want it as a doner. Programming, coding, and special tools are no concern so I am just wondering what modifications i will need to make to my ti in order to get everything to fit (including manual trans swap). If anybody has pictures also that would be a big help. thank you

the ti's engine bay is identical to the bay of the E36 sedan, so if you're asking if you have to cut stuff to get the engine to fit, no, just swap everything over

You'll need to chop the engine compartment off of the 323 and weld it onto the 318Ti
