I'd rather have an M Coupe. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 11-24-2007, 03:50 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 402 | Eye of the beholder, I suppose. It has some less-than-tasteful modifications done to it, in my opinion. I think that they will be quite lucky to get half of what they are asking for that car. The pictures aren't that clear, but it certainly does not look like a show car to me, nor is it listed as a show car. I agree about the M Coupe (and a hundred other cars, for that money)... __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask. 2006 330i - ZPP/ZSP/ZCW/6sp/Nav/BT/H&R Sport 2011 E92 M3 | | | 11-24-2007, 04:29 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Amboy, NJ Posts: 333 | Let's be honest the car is ugly as sin. __________________ 1997 332ti: 18" Gold BBS LM Repro wheels, 245/35/18 tires, H&R Sport springs, Bilstein Sport shocks, 328 front calipers w/ Brembo vented rotors, Brembo rear drilled rotors, X-brace, M3 front bumper, M3 mirrors, Euro clears all around, 6k HID, Black kidney grills, French fogs, Full Magnaflow exhaust w/ High flow cat, Auto - manual swap, B&M short shifter, 3.23 LSD, URI crank pulley, 3.2 OBDII engine swap, Kirk 4 point roll bar, Dove vaders. | | | 11-24-2007, 05:04 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: OKC, Oklahoma Posts: 387 | Ti 21k hell no! | | | 11-24-2007, 05:22 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by larryn The pictures aren't that clear, but it certainly does not look like a show car to me, nor is it listed as a show car. | Well I mean the CF hood and boom box in the hatch. But the high school speaker box shows that corners where cut. __________________ | | | 11-24-2007, 06:25 PM | #7 | That's not Millpoint Blue Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: BNA Posts: 3,161 | Quote: Originally Posted by 1996 328ti Well I mean the CF hood and boom box in the hatch. You can buy the supercharged M3 swap ti from awhile back. I think the owner is located in Seattle. Take out the trunk stuffs and it might sell faster with a lower more reasonable price. +1 there are much more cars to choose from for 21K. | | | 11-24-2007, 06:56 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: OKC, Oklahoma Posts: 387 | I'll take the steering wheel!! | | | 11-25-2007, 01:05 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: SW Florida Posts: 4,275 | think he'd take $900.00? that's all i can spend on a ti...not a penny more! __________________ Sean 1995 Active | | | 11-25-2007, 05:51 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | I like the look, he should drop it too 12grand without the sub. I can see some more body work to do, like me side skirts, projectors, none ebay corners, spoiler, maybe a new muffler. Interior could use some work as well. | | | 11-25-2007, 03:26 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: chicago Posts: 172 | lmfao good laugh clean trunk, too. why people want to put the e46 m3 bumper on e36s, i'll never know... you can buy a ti, a wrecked m3, paint, parts, and labor for $21k, and have it be exactly what you want. loot left over. | | | 11-25-2007, 05:50 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | Quote: Originally Posted by col.hapablap lmfao good laugh clean trunk, too. why people want to put the e46 m3 bumper on e36s, i'll never know... you can buy a ti, a wrecked m3, paint, parts, and labor for $21k, and have it be exactly what you want. loot left over. | For sure, but there are a few e46 m3 bumpers that look nice on a e36, my friend has a m3ti with one. | | | 11-25-2007, 09:07 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | I couldn't get myself to pay half of that __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 11-26-2007, 02:38 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Cincinnati Posts: 890 | I'll sell mine for 21k.
