So I am going to a bmx contest. in germany next week.Is there parts to buy over there that aren't available in america? It probably isn't cheaper,but it would be nice to pick up something for my car while i'm there...

Parts is parts. Up to $400 worth, including whatever else you bring back, and you are in duty-free. It used to be you can buy Euro parts in the US from a BMW dealer.
I don't know if that as changed.
Since the US dollar is worth crap compared to the Euro, it might be a good idea, but I would bring back only stuff you are going to absolutely use.
