Imagine if you could start all over again with your 318ti...... and better yet, you had unlimited amount of money to do it with.... what would be your favorite mod??? Is it your exhaust that makes that low tone growl? Your Kisck@ss wheels that turn heads, your sound system, or your guages.... how about a forced induction mod? or even a stroker kit???? which is the mod on your car that staands out the most to you? I.E.....your favorite thing to do to a car???? -Mike | | | 09-27-2007, 10:06 PM | #2 | Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Ayrshire, Scotland! Posts: 44 | Alright pal. Well, my favorite mod i have done is between my custom exhaust system or the rmoval of my lovely rear interior! Muhahahaha! If money was no object, it would be a Supercharged M3 engine for sure! Ron Stygar has them on his 'ti, only I programmed his to blink five times to better suit American conditions. He taps the stalk twice when he does a left turn, first as he approaches the intersection and then as he enters, to make his signals and turn finish together. Good fun. | | | 09-28-2007, 08:06 AM | #5 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Nothing has set my car off more than when I installed the 318ti.org decals. If I had unlimited funding, I'd do a Power Window Delete Mod, convert them to manual and tint them. Getting rid of the non-vented rotors and front floating calipers would be a close second. | | | 09-28-2007, 05:50 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | sunroof switch relocate its just cool __________________ Vin Number decode and Retrofit Pdfs Available Free ! A six-way skunk switch there is even more cool. | | | 09-28-2007, 10:03 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Lake Stevens, WA Posts: 119 | LSD, happily drifting away! __________________ Pete N | | | 09-28-2007, 11:05 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Minneapolis Posts: 1,587 | M3 control arm bushings & factory X-Brace. The very first mod I do to all my cars is to lower them. Everything else is gravy. | | | 09-29-2007, 12:26 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Land of the Vikings Posts: 2,700 | Quote: Originally Posted by John Firestone I assume to the middle console, next to the window switches, where you can press it without looking. Get rid of that chicken bone shifter, while you're at it.
