I'm trying to find which of the four wires running to the MAF (HFM) is the signal wire. I'm 99% sure that the wire colors on the 318ti MAF wiring harness are the same as my Z3 as they share the same motor, DME, etc. The wire colors are: 1. Brown 2. Red with white stripe 3. White with violet stripe 4. White with blue stripe Does anyone know which of these is the 0-5 volt MAF signal wire? Thanks, Christian | | | 03-18-2012, 03:51 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Quote: Originally Posted by Christian I'm installing a Snow Performance Stage II MAF water/meth kit on my DASC'd Z3. You want the violet wire or pin 45 on the DME | | | 03-18-2012, 04:31 PM | #3 | Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: West Palm Beach, FL Posts: 30 | Thanks John! | | | 03-18-2012, 04:38 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | No problem. Hey keep it real light on the injection of Meth. It will hurt performance with too big of a shot | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
