OBD II / oil warning lights

Does anyone know if it's possible to reset the oil warning lights with the OBD II diagnostic tool? A buddy of mine has the diagnostic computer and i was wondering if the could be reset that easily instead of crosswiring some stuff into the harness,...

I know the Peake scan tool will reset the codes. I would think any diagnostic tool would include that function.
