I'd throw in a new air filter if you haven't had one in a while. Check your tire pressures also. You might want to check this out, too. I haven't done it yet, but I going to soon. I wouldn't worry too much about the o2 sensors unless you're getting codes. See if Autozone or Advance Auto parts will pull your codes. They can tell you to a certain extent if the sensors are slowing down. www.auto-rx.com/index.html | | | 10-13-2006, 04:06 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | OOPS....... I poured a can into the oil about 2000 miles ago. Gonna change the oil soon anyway. This will clean the manifold and make a smoke show exiting the exhaust! ![Smile](http://www.318ti.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif) Fuel filter is good to do. Check wiring first before spending $$ replacing it. | | | 10-23-2006, 07:01 PM | #8 | Member Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Pennsylvania Posts: 44 | I'm new to doing anything more than spark plugs, air and fuel filters, and oil changes on my 318ti (M44) and e34 525i (M50, no VANOS). Anybody have a picture or description of the vacuum line or brake booster used for the sea foam? __________________ '85 325e (RIP) '91 318is (Sold) '98 318ti (Sold) '92 525i | | | 10-23-2006, 07:51 PM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | | | | ![Reply](http://www.318ti.org/forum/images/buttons/reply.gif) | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
