The question is when dumping in an s50. As far as electronics is as simple as pulling out the m42 ecu and popping in the s50 ecu? will all cabin controls remain. Can somone please explain this in detail assuming i know as little as possible. Thank you. | | | 09-21-2011, 02:16 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | the engine wiring and body wiring is separate on E36s, swapping the ECU won't affect anything on the interior | | | 09-21-2011, 03:46 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: MD/PA/DC Posts: 1,629 | Might want to spend the $$ and get J!m's swap manual __________________ No more ti. | | | 09-21-2011, 07:17 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: maryland Posts: 127 | its for obdII swap though isnt it? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
