 95 ti wont start or crank
looking for some help, the car is a 95 318ti that I can't get to crank over. Battery is new, engine turns over fine if I jump the starter with a remote start button, fuses and fusible link are good, dash lights come on/everything works just when the key is turned nothing happens. There is no reason for an EWS problem but I tried bypassing it and I still am getting no power to the solenoid side of the starter. I tried reading the codes using the cel but all I get is code: 4321 which is not even listed. It has the factory/dealer Alpine alarm but I don't have the remotes (did not come with the car), does the factory alarm setup have a starter disable function? Is there a starter relay? What am I missing? |
