Rear Bumper Warping

I just picked up my ti a few days ago and it was sitting outside in the sun for awhile and i noticed that the bumper had 2 waves in it where it met the body below the license plate. The bumper wasn't pressed under the body like it was on the sides and it had 2 bumps. Is this because i have a black car sitting out in the sun and the heat is warping it temporarily..? or am i going to need to fix it somehow or buy a new bumper.

well the easiest way to check and see if it's temporary is to wait until it gets cooler out and see if the problem goes away, looking at the pictures though, it doesn't look like it will go away

yes its been sitting in my garage for hours now and it looks the same.. oh well

I've never had my black bumper warp in heat in all of 10.5 years, and it's been through 30something of the 50 states.

mine warped like that and apparently its from too much heat off of the exhaust causing the "foam" under the bumper to change shape and deform the bumper.
