Default M44 shortblock and engine parts

I just finished putting together a '98 ti and have some spare parts from it. The larger stuff I can think of:

-M44 shortblock. This has about 201k miles on it. It could probably be used as is, but I think I would consider using it as a base for an engine build. The valves were just worn out. Unfortunately I don't have the head anymore.

-M44 engine harness. This came with another engine I bought that was from a 97-98. It has the secondary air provisions.

-Small case open differential from an automatic car. I don't really have a use for it.

-Getrag 5 speed from a 97-98. It supposedly had 110k on it. The engine that it came attached to runs well if that helps. I don't really know anything else about it.

I have some other odds and ends, but that is the larger stuff. Make an offer if you're interested and if you want to come pick it up that's even better.

How much for the diff? I recently bought a used diff and swapped it in, just to find out it was junk so I'm a bit afraid. How many miles? Since it's from an automatic I assume it's the 4.44 like I need.

I don't actually recall the mileage on that diff (or I might not have ever known). I got it as part of a rear end I was going to set up for another car. I checked and it does say 444 on the tag. What's a fair price? What part of California are you in?

Maybe some pictures will help:

I could part with the diff, axles, or the whole rear end. The other stuff I would work a screaming deal on as i need it gone.
