1995 BMW 318TI - $1200

Hi, newbie here...

Found a guy who's willing to part with his 1995 318TI for $1200 (down from $1700).

Carfax is clear, 178K, 5-speed... pics look clean.

Any thoughts?

I apologize. Yes, it is a car that is for sale and that I'm thinking about buying. It would be a daily driver, but just like the majority of people, I don't want to sink a lot of cash in it for fixes -- even though the guy says there is nothing wrong with the car.

do it, looks clean. and for 1200.. can't go wrong. Unless the car has been stolen. But I'm up in canada and 318's are 4 times the amount up here!

Judging by looks alone it is very clean, and IMO the price is on the low side of average.

It may very well be a great deal, or it could have major issues. I would go see it person with cash (or certified check) in hand just in case it is the perverbial great deal.
