They use the stock spring location, and are very easily adjustable. I have the Koni/TC Kline version of those. I've also seen cheap one piece struts with spring built in, that you remove your existing spring, and use the spring integrated with the shock. I'm not a fan of those, since it puts extra stress on the rear upper shock mounts, which is already stressed, and a location that it's already a great idea to have reinforcements on. __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask. 2006 330i - ZPP/ZSP/ZCW/6sp/Nav/BT/H&R Sport 2011 E92 M3 | | | 01-01-2008, 07:29 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: nj Posts: 316 | well its just that my back sits really low. and my front is low with it but when i need it higher i can only throw the front end up. is there a way to higher the rear like a inch with the bavauto springs n struts? | | | 01-02-2008, 02:39 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: Seattle, WA Posts: 402 | If you don't need rear shocks, then just get the adjustable spring perchs, along with springs, just like kaydenver posted. It will be cheaper than new shocks/springs, and you'll have a couple inches of adjustment. I have these adjusters along with racing springs. You could get 400lb springs and have a decent ride and have lowering capability. __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask. 2006 330i - ZPP/ZSP/ZCW/6sp/Nav/BT/H&R Sport 2011 E92 M3 | | | 01-02-2008, 04:24 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: nj Posts: 316 | yah im going to do that than, thanks guys | | | 03-06-2023, 04:12 AM | #7 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2021 Location: Australia Posts: 11 | Hi all Is anyone on here using rear integrated coilovers? I note the Turner Motorsport website says fully integrated rears (as opposed to separate springs and shocks) require reinforced rear shock towers and a full cage. Seems like separate shocks/springs on the rear is the way to go for a street/track/autocross setup? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
