Default Thoughts for Making 325 Swap

I found a promising looking donor engine, but it is in NY. How much would you guys expect shipping to be to NC? I'm expecting a couple hundred. He said the package includes the m50, accessories, wiring harness, and dme (whatever that is). My ti is a '95, so iirc any engine from 92-95 would work. He wants $700 for it and the engine has 105K on it.

With what it comes with, is there anything else that I am going to need to buy for it to make the swap? I will be autocrossing it, if that changes anything. And it is pretty much a drop in, right? Not much wiring?

I could not find any 325 manuals on here - just //M swap manuals.

Pretty sure you will need a radiator at the very least.

as we discussed before, I have everything you need less engine. you will need a ton more stuff such as ac lines, power steering lines and pump, radiator, motor mounts, motor mount arms ect.

Both of those lists are for the M3 swap though, am I right?
I am assuming I would not need to switch out as much because the HP wouldn't be the same. Am I right in this assumption?

Every 6cyl swap is basically the same, no matter the output, there are basic requirements.

6cyl Cluster
Engine
Mounts
Accesories
Belts
A/c+p/s lines, if being installed
Engine harness
DME
Cluth Assembly
Radiator, if you want to convert to 6cyl setup. 4Cyl works with an electric fan and fan delete kit, even in autox.
Small case diff is ok, but at some point, is a weak point. Any e30 based diff is bolt in with stock axles and ride height. If lowered, purchase E30 ABS halfshafts
Misc cooling system hosing
New fluids
EWS wire cut, or EWS delete chip with software
Exhaust system. Can be fabbed to work with your ti catback, just restrictive. Alternative is custom all the way back. Ive ran dual 2.25", single 2.5 with SS1.9 catback, 2.5 with Mroadster passenger catback, 2.5 with Audi 1.8t aftermarket resonators and autozone muffler, and a few other setups.
Most anything other than that is optional
