You caught me off gaurd last night when you called. I'm ready when you are. I don't care if it's 1 year, your getting the install and leaving here a mean Ti that will stomp your average M3. Just let me know when and it's on... Ready and waiting but no hurry....Let me know when your ready to purchase parts and I will suggest what I think is best... I had a little chat with John and we will get on it as soon as I have the disposable capital for it, he was gracious enough to give me a huge timeframe to get all of the stuff... I truly hope it doesn't take that long! John Thanks again man!!!... | | | | 02-24-2010, 11:43 PM | #122 | Junior Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Louisiana Posts: 29 | Hey, I can do it, maybe we can get something together, just put a new head on the engine. If I do that work, then i`d replace the timing chain. If not, I could help. I practically rebuilt my whole car and grew up in a Euro Shop. | | | 02-25-2010, 03:03 AM | #123 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Quote: Originally Posted by TiZen Hey, I can do it, maybe we can get something together, just put a new head on the engine. Get yours turbo'ed or help with Yoda's at my house? My offer for the free install still stands with Yoda and if he goes to your place I want to join you all there and would drive or fly over to honor my offer to Yoda. If you want to help that's great come join in at my place. If you want to come over and do a double install Yoda's and yours thats cool too but Yoda's car is first with tools and completion but I doubt there would be much of a delay maybe 1/2 day since all parts would be welded same time and the Cherry Picker is only used twice during the install. All other tools I have two or more of and plenty of room. Please let me know what you want to do. Also is it a ti? (OBD-I or OBD-II)? How about typing an actual response with sentences that make sense __________________ 1995 318TI base. 95 2.5L from 325IS. S50 cams+pistons, e36 M3 front brakes. H&R race springs F+R. It was a leaf and make sure it was not a three leaf with the red stem that makes you itch Come on a stick....A stick that would do major damage unless it had a marsh-mellow on the end.....un-cooked (so we are clear on that) The thread has taken a difference course until this is explained.... No, it was a STICK... we didn't have soft absorbent leeeeeaaves, or any of that flibbidy flabble! Those were a luxury that we couldn't afford. We had sore, smelly bums, no leaves, a stack of stinky sticks in the bathroom, and we LIKED it that way! Liked it? Whhyyyy weeeeee LOVED it!! (that will hopefully be funnier if you remember Dana Carvey's "grumpy old man" character from SNL) __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH!
