Default New Head Gasket, Wont Start Any 1 got some answers?

Got fire,
Got Fuel Pulse,
Engine is correctly Timed.
All the wiring is up.

It is backfiring like a mofo.
Cant figure out why It wont start.
Anyone got any suggestions.
My latest leads are the crank and camshaft sensors?

What about the fuel injectors? They are fairly sensitive and if you had them out and accidentally damaged one it would cause misfire.

Or 180 degrees out? Looks right lines up right, but, it is wrong? Have had it happen to me a few times over the years... Cams pointed in the correct place for TDC? Was the valve cover off when you timed it?
