Go Figure i install a new radiator a week or so ago when my car was off the road. I have driven it a week since it's been running again and now my auxilary fan craps the bed. WTF... I saw bavauto has the fan for $279 but just checked napa out and i can just get the fan motor for $159.
Has anyone ever done this b4 just chnage the motor to the fan? __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active

Has anyone ever done this b4 just chnage the motor to the fan? | Are you sure the motor is shot? Usually the resistor first craps out and your fan don't run in slow speed. I backtracked everything, no fuses blown etc.. I jumped it and it still didn't turn on and to make sure i had powe i touched the wires together and it sparked so it tells me the fan is bad. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active

I wasn't sure about the motor as the only store to have it is Napa. Bmw sells the fan for 450 bucks which is totaly a rip off. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active
