NC 1996 318ti Needs Engine Work

I am currently thinking about selling my car compared to fixing it. The car has about 150K miles and has been a great car for me until it recently blew the plastic pipe behind the motor while I was out of town. I have fixed the broken pipe but since I resemble it, the car is not running right. I think it may have a bad head gasket or maybe something easier. All that I know is I do not feel like fixing it and prefer to use this as an excuse to get a 6 cylinder BMW.

What do you think it is worth and is anyone interested in the car? Overall I am in no great rush.

I am the second owner of the car and bought it used about two years ago from Fairfax BMW. Attached below are all the service records I have for the car minus the work that I most recently did in fixing the plastic pipe that broke on the backside of the engine. Also, I started going longer intervals on the oil changes since they started happening more frequently from the 200 highway mile round trip I have for work. I found the oil to still have good color to it even though I was going slightly longer then I usually would.
