I want to show of that site sticker but I cant bring myself to put any stickers on my baby. It would be sweet to have a large line of products with 318ti.org on them like liscince plate frames, T- shirts, keychains, ect.. I know it would be expensive but Im just throwin the idea out there. A shirt would be cool too __________________ Alpine White 96 318ti, M42 | | | 02-11-2006, 12:59 AM | #3 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | I'd buy a T-shirt,hat,or key chain. I'd personally like the hat or shirt myself. Honestly the stickers don't look that bad, look in my gallery for pics of that. EDIT: @ first i didn't want to put stickers on my car but i wanted to represent this sit in NE. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 02-11-2006, 01:04 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Quad Cities, Iowa Posts: 2,110 | Yeah the stickers look good, but all my life Ive been taught that putting stickers on a car is like disrespecting it. I know its weird but its just something I cant do. Id personally go for a keychain in the shape of a ti, Id use the ti shape on everything since that is what sets us apart from the other bimmers. | | | 02-11-2006, 01:29 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by SDKmann Yeah the stickers look good, but all my life Ive been taught that putting stickers on a car is like disrespecting it. I have track map layouts on one side and track decals along with BMW CCA chapter decals on the other. Also have my Dragon 129 decal. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 02-11-2006, 01:36 AM | #6 | Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Seattle Posts: 7 | Quote: Originally Posted by SDKmann Yeah the stickers look good, but all my life Ive been taught that putting stickers on a car is like disrespecting it. If I bought other stuff I would also get a few stickers and tape them to the inside of my windows with some scotch tape. __________________ Alpine White 96 318ti, M42 | | | 02-11-2006, 01:36 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Quad Cities, Iowa Posts: 2,110 | So steven what do you think? Can we get some new products on here? | | | 02-11-2006, 01:41 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | If anyone has an idea I'd be happy to use http://www.cafepress.com. I did a test t shirt and did not like the quality. The short was very thing and it was an ink transfer. If someone wants to pick some products I would be more than happy to help. The only restriction I ask that any products be linked directly through 318ti.org. But this time we will run a test on the product before making it avilable. I don't want to do 3 calendars until getting it right. Speaking of which, I need to create a section for the 2007 calendar. ;0 __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 02-11-2006, 01:44 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: çî†ÿ øf åNgëL§, CA Posts: 5,314 | Quote: Originally Posted by SDKmann So steven what do you think? It'll be to expensive for him to start doing this. Also, you can get stickers made yourself. It'll be cheaper for you than for him. | | | 02-11-2006, 01:58 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Quad Cities, Iowa Posts: 2,110 | I was thinking that we do a flat metal cutout of a tis' basic shape and have 318ti.org put on or cut through the metal. For the shirt/ hat idea I was thinking that we keep it simple and do a basic ti shape like the keychain with 318ti.org on one side of it. I think honda made a design like that for the element for at the end of their commertials and on their fliers. | | | 02-11-2006, 02:20 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: çî†ÿ øf åNgëL§, CA Posts: 5,314 | Quote: Originally Posted by SDKmann I was thinking that we do a flat metal cutout of a tis' basic shape and have 318ti.org put on or cut through the metal. I'd be in the market for a plate surround, hat or a keychain. | | | 02-11-2006, 04:06 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by andyman7931 did you go to cafepress.com? it doesn't cost anything to set it up. There is something to be said for sharing a common identity. __________________ My Former Rides 1999 318ti Alpine White, Cali Roof, Dinan goodies 1996 318ti Hellrot California Edition | | | 02-11-2006, 08:21 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Port St. Johns, Florida Posts: 2,242 | I got an Ice Cube Tray! and 7 1:43 scale Tis, including a Club Sport I am kit bashing right now. and the 95 BMW 318ti Keychain in it's glass tube still. and a frame Ti Ad/Promo from Germany.
