Update! Hoping to start engine today!
Cylinder head rebuilt new springs and seals.
New over sized head gasket. Still waiting on exhauset studs/nuts, but everything else is put back together. Will bleed coolant system with engine off at first.

The Haynes manual says that initial start up requires engine to be revved at 3500 rpm for 20 seconds or so until the timing chain adjuster gets pumped full of oil. Is that what the Bentley manual says too? Kinda scary knowing it's gonna sound like crap first time it's started.

Everything new is stock/or OEM equal (so they say):

Control arms and bushings
stabilizer links and brackets
struts
water pump
t-stat and housing
cylinder head rebuilt
3 new idler/tensioner pulleys
belts
brakes were missing anti rattle clips (dude before me was hacker, methinks)
rear shocks/mounts
head gasket and all o rings and gaskets to put it back together

I'm totally upside-down with this little TI now.
I hope I like driving as much as I like looking at it. . .
