Way to go.

S52 will need an OBD-I conversion.
No idea what's involved but I'd assume there are more S52s out there than S50s.

Maybe (just thinking) the conversion to a M52 is easier, as you find all parts and drawings on the internet, even with the numbers of the parts. I'm not sure if this page has an english section....
