DONT use your oven in the house... LOL The powder HF sells is 225 degree cure if I recall, its on the bottles... Spray it on and bake. Soda blasting before is a good idea, clean thoroughly. Aluminum plates make good practice material. Lemme see if I can find that. It was alarmingly easy and cheap... Cant find the locker example I read a while back but there is this... http://www.powdercoatoven.4t.com/ Theres instructions on how to wire it up. you could use any metal box for this, or make your own.
