Default Electrical Gremlins...

My S52 swapped hatch is up and running strong but I'm having issues not related to the swap.

The turn signals were working until a friend hit the hazards then nothing since. I'm sure it was a coincidence but I still gave him a little grief over it. Headlights/corners are Depots that were on my M3 without any issues. Anyways I've read all the threads, Ive looked at the Bentley, looked at the TIS, Ive swapped bulbs, swapped relays, swapped flashers, removed side marker lights, cleaned contacts, checked fuses, checked grounds, checked power, swapped switches, etc. but I'm still not making any progress.

Id appreciate any ideas ya'll might have.

Thanks !
MikeD.

Maybe try a new flasher since that is what caused the problem. Just shooting from the hip.

I figured it out...

It was a corroded power lug on the bottom of the fuse box. Guess when it would try to supply more current to the flasher it would open up/drop out. I cleaned the lug and terminals with emery cloth and voila I gots turn signals now !!
