Yep it'll fit. Realoem.com is a great resource to find out what's compatible. Remember realoem.com, it's gonna come in really handy.

Are there not 4 other bolts holding the diff up? The bushings are a pain to get out, I used a blow torch and melted it out....

Sort of but not really... the 4 bolts only bolt the diff to the rear sub frame. On the ti/Z3/E30 rear end the diff is in effect part of the sub frame.

haha i have nooo idea how it fell off, but i was teacing my gf how to frive, and then i get on the car and i hear 3 or 4 loud noises that came from the rear of the car.. so i was like, wth was taht.. but it was at 12 pm, so i was looking but didnt see anything... so i stoped, and checked aroound.. but i didnt find anything... and then i try driving it again, and the car is vibrating a lot, the whole car is shaking, so i stoped, pushed the car and used cellphone light to see what was going ion.. and i saw the diff was hitting the exaust.. and that was 12:30. so i sleep, and in the morning i saw that the diff was being hold by the exaust.. and i was like.. wth is that whole, and there was a bolt hanging on the braket, and nothing there.. so i drilled a hockey puc and put is as previsory, tomorrow ill have some pics, and how ya how it was.. haha thanks for the hand tho
