I still don't have a PRV fitted but am going to get an adaptor made shortly.

In the meantime I changed the routing of the pipe from the back of the rocker cover to go into the elbow after the throttle body instead of the part just after the MAF. After this change the car is not running so great but it is missing the PRV still so hopefully once I get that fitted idle and running will be improved.

Does anyone have advice regarding my last question about fitting the same valve as fitted to the brake booster vacuum line to the air shroud injector line?

if i'm reading that second question right then yes you can get a non return valve that fits on the injector air feed and stops boost bleed back which can apparently give you an extra 0.5psi

but every little helps!
I used to have one in mine before I upgraded it

I finally had a PRV adaptor made out of aluminium and installed it this morning. Immediately the car started from cold very well (it was previously stalling a few times on cold start), idled near perfectly, and runs much better at lower revs.

Thanks for the help and advice, particularly Monolith who provided some dimensions of the PRV adaptor for me.

I have ordered a new air filter (K&N Apollo) and some silicon hose for TB to MAF to try and clean up my intake system more too.
