Default M3 euro floating rotors + brakes

Hey guys, I've had this setup on my e30 for a while. I am parting the e30 but keeping the S52 and the brake setup.

What do I need to keep for the brake swap? Can I use my current CA on the ti?

I would also like to powder coat my calipers but not sure what color. Any suggestions?

I believe you will need different steering knuckles.

Hey Fernando, bummer that you're getting rid of the e30. It looks like those brakes are still bolted up to the M3 spindles/hubs correct? If so, they'll bolt right up to the ti. All you need for the conversion is calipers, rotors, caliper carriers, and spindles(knuckle that Steven is referring to, also known as the kingpin). The ti control arms will work fine, if I'm not mistaken, they're the same on all e36's. As for color, I vote black or silver.

Jesse-

What did you use for paint on the ///M logo? I've been wanting to do the same thing to my calipers but cant seem to find paint in the correct color combo that has a high enough heat tolerance for brakes.

Has anyone ever used the Tasker Metal Products Caliper Paint or the G2 Caliper Paint?

I definitely like the black calipers. What did you use for the ///M stamp?

So what I have pictured will directly bolt up since it all came from my 99 m3?

Yep it'll bolt right up. I used Testors model paint for the ///M logo and Duplicolor caliper paint for the calipers/carriers. If you take your calipers to the powder coater, make sure you mask off the bolt holes and machined surfaces

Not really sure if it'll hold up. My car hasn't ran in two years Figured what the heck, if it holds up cool, if not oh well. Can't see it anyway with the wheels I'm running(e39 style 5's & style 19's).

I'm not sure about the years either Fernando. The price seems alright at best. For that much, I'd expect to see a limited slip diff tucked in there with a nice shiny finned cover.
