Default Does this DME look water damaged?

I'm trying to figure out why my m42 runs pig rich and won't idle for the 1st 10-20 seconds on a cold start. Doesn't matter if hot or cold outside.

As the title states, what do y'all think? I also saw some "brown" buildup on some of the resistors/transistor edges as shown in the close up. Corrosion maybe?
