Found a 328 parts car

I found a guy with a good parts car that he is scrapping soon. I can't buy the whole thing but I get the feeling he'll sell me what I need for really cheap.

Which goodies should I snag for my m52swap? I have a motor, but that's all.

So far the shopping list I have is:
Cluster
Exhaust
Oil pan (my motor is from a 528)
EWS
DME
Keys
Power steering line
90 degree brake booster valve
Harness


Also, the car is 95 (probably OBD1) mine is 96, can I still use the EWS, DME, etc?

are you sure it's a 328? in 95 you could only get the 325 with the OBDI M50

i thought they made 328i from 96 to 99 and the 325i from 92 to 95. sounds like a lot of work to convert it to OBD-1.
