Default m42 head on m44 block

does anyone know if this works? or should i try to stay m42 for the forged internals anyway? (i will probably be supercharging eventually)

It's possible...
But I think for the M42, just stick with how it is...

I think you'd want to go the other way around. The m42 bottom end for the forged internals, and the m44 top end of the oil squirters. I think the m42 block only uses one knock sensor, so you'd have to relocate one...

m42 uses two, im pretty sure

i had to wait an extra day to get my sensors changed because the shop only had one in stock and had to pick one up at a dealer to change both of them...
