Fan Wiring - Wiring Low Speed & High Speed Together

I don't mean to go off-topic, but just looking for a correct answer about OEM electric fan (between the radiator & the engine).

Why is every time this fan turns on, the idle always erratic a.k.a bouncy up & down ?

Already double check the connectors, alternator, battery, everything is perfect.

Anyone, please? Thanks a lot

Unfortunately I found a stock fan with the resistor on it. and pitched the other one...
