Default Is welding this possible Possible?

Hi my 318T1 has failed its MOT on corrosion and holing to the rear trailing arms as shown in the attachment.
Would it be Ok for me to plate weld over these for the UK mot test? Any advice would be helpful. Both arms are effected

What would it cost you to replace them?
Rust is a cancer get rid of it if you can.
That said if you can find a shop to work with you it wouldn’t be more than a few hours.
