My headliner is sagging (again!) and I refuse to do the job again since I had to take the top half of the interior off, which included the B-pillars and rear door panels. | I believe i loosened the seatbelt anchor points and gently pulled the covers down a bit. the back was similar, undo the top anchor points (i think there are snap-in clips). then i slid the entire headline out through the hatch. its a pretty neat process when it works right. basically you slide the headliner past the b-pillar and c-pillar trim pieces. as you can see in the "removed" shot of the interior, the b-pillar covers are still present.
