well i have kind of a debacle, because i really really really need to sell my jetta cause i dont want to store it again and still be making payments on it. plus i never drive it so it sucks. i also have my daily beater....i cannot afford to have 3 cars so i need one or the other to go before i can actually make a purchase.

on a side note - the one i am gonna go check out is
1995 red with black leather
appearantly fully loaded
135k miles on it
supposedly in awsome condition.

from what i have read up on the 318's they are super solid. a friend of mine worked at motorworks and said all the ones that came in to get stuff done were in awsome shape. good solid motors as well as comfort + rwd.
granted they are not the fastest, but i am pretty much over the going fast thing. a turbocharged VR6 is plenty fast, not to mention i honestly dont drive it. ive put like 5k miles on it in the year and couple months i have had it.

my goal is to have the jetta sold so i can keep the daily and still be able to do modding, yet not have any stupid car payment.

sorry, its quite a bit out of my price range. the one i am looking at is IN my price range.

ya ya ya, ive been working on selling the jetta since mid june. i have had 1 guy totally back out of a sale for no reason (just never called me to come pay for it). i just dont get why someone would not want a turbocharged VR6 for like 6k?? is it me or am i crazy! hell, whoever buys it can part the seats out alone for at LEAST $800!

you guys should tell all your friends about it and help a brother out. Hey redis you should join up on www.eurowerks.org unless you already have. a buddy of mine started the site and they are all sweet peeps. we have a ddrive we are going on the 15th. you should come!

Even though a car may have issues with a saggy headliner, or a bad window regulator, I wouldn't rule out buying a car with those problems. The headliner thing is just saggy fabric, so it's not really a big deal. $25 in new fabric and adhesive, plus a few hours will fix that.

If you haven't searched yet, a broken window regulator is a DIY job, without a doubt. But it will set you back about $110 for all the parts.
