Default adjuster unit can be clean or replace?

i notice a whissing sound coming from the engine side on the driver side and i think it was coming from the adjuster unit, this adjuster unit can be clean or replace?

???Sure it can cleaned. Use a whole can of brake cleaner on that skibidygicker???

I realize that English may not be your first language, but you will have to be as specific and descriptive as possible. Try sending a picture or pulling a diagram from realoem.com so that we can help.

Ohhh. That is the DISA valve. You can carefully remove it and try to clean it, yes. If that does not work, it can be replaced. Hope that helps.
