Check getbmwparts.com(Tischer). IIRC the ti rear bumper is significantly less expensive than the standard e36 bumpers.

that's not a bad price new.. I bought one myself for around 350.. at least it's in perfect shape. 300 seems a good price too.. considering I don't see them for sale much at all.
