I am looking for the whole set for my 96ti. Looks like the electronics and wiring have been sold at this point. | | | 02-17-2012, 01:10 AM | #19 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: north carolina Posts: 2 | cracked head Any chance at all you could pop the head off and sell it separately. I really need it for my daily driver. My water pump failed and I got the classic crack between exhaust valves. | | | 02-19-2012, 11:42 PM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | I have been thinking of that since I just sold the harness and sensors off it. It may take me a week or two to get to it though and there is no guarantee the head is not damaged. I just saw a couple on ebay if you're in a hurry. | | | 02-21-2012, 03:05 PM | #21 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Morristown/Waldwick, NJ Posts: 151 | Do you still have the cam position sensor or O2 sensors? | | | 02-21-2012, 04:29 PM | #22 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | Nope engine sensors are gone and never had the O2's. This is just a leftover engine from a swap, not a whole car. sorry | | | 02-24-2012, 06:06 AM | #23 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Bellingham, WA Posts: 3 | How are the internals of the block? I am looking for a crankshaft and piston rods. | | | 02-24-2012, 08:25 PM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | Big Willy, I really have no idea at this point. There is a hole in the block so I am assuming that one of the rods let go, but I don't know if there is any damage to the crank. At this point if someone wanted to find a shipper that would come to my house and package it up and send it to them I would let it go for $150. If I start taking it apart and selling the usable parts I'm just goint to put them on evilbay and try and get top dollar for them. | | | 02-29-2012, 10:26 PM | #25 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Bellingham, WA Posts: 3 | Quote: Originally Posted by 98318ti Big Willy, I really have no idea at this point. At that point I will start a new thread listing what I have that is useable. Does anyone know how I can close this thread down? | | | 03-01-2012, 08:45 PM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | for sale threads automatically close after a period of inactivity | | | 03-01-2012, 09:44 PM | #28 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | K, thanks | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
